American Bankruptcy Institute

The American Bankruptcy Institute is the nation’s largest association of bankruptcy professionals, made up of over 12,000 members in multi-disciplinary roles, including attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and others. ABI is committed to serving its members with high-quality conferences, comprehensive continuing education, effective legal research, and dynamic networking opportunities.

AICPA

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is the national professional organization of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in the United States, with more than 418,000 members in 143 countries in business and industry, public practice, government, education, student affiliates, and international associates. Founded in 1887, the organization sets ethical standards for the profession and U.S. auditing standards for audits of private companies, non-profit organizations, federal, state, and local governments.

American Society of Appraisers (ASA)

The American Society of Appraisers is a multi-discipline, non-profit, international organization of professional appraisers representing all appraisal disciplines: Appraisal Review and Management, Business Valuation, Gems and Jewelry, Machinery and Technical Specialties, Personal Property and Real Property. Its mission is to foster the public trust of its members and the appraisal profession through compliance with the highest levels of ethical and professional standards.

CFA Institute

The CFA Institute’s mission is to lead the investment profession globally by promoting the highest standards of ethics, education, and professional excellence for the ultimate benefit of society. The CFA Institute awards the CFA designation.

  • Earning the CFA® charter is a highly selective process. Fewer than one in five candidates become a CFA charterholder.
  • It takes an average of 1,000+ hours of rigorous study, along with four years of professional experience and successful completion of the CFA® Program exam, to earn the distinction of being called a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
  • All CFA charterholders are required to annually attest to their compliance with the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
Federal Communications Bar Association

The Federal Communications Bar Association is an organization of attorneys and other professionals, including engineers, consultants, economists and government officials, involved in the development, interpretation and practice of communications and technology law and policy.  More than two thousand members strong, the FCBA has been the leading organization for communications lawyers and other professionals since 1936.
